Step 3: Universal Laws

Choose 2 or 3 Universal Laws.
These will be incorporated into your WHY as well as your hypnosis session.

To utilize universal laws, you only must focus your attention on them. This means that you should read this list often and dwell on these themes. You do not have to memorize them, or even understand them; you simply must be aware of them. In time, like the rest of the Getting Organized Process, universal laws become a part of you. Whenever you write down your Goals or create and manifest, the laws will be there in your mind. It is important to never underestimate the value of knowing the rules and conducting oneself accordingly.

  • The essence of the universe is one Source, and it is from this Source that everything arises from. This Source has many names – God, Light, Consciousness,Energy, etc. No matter what we call it, there is a place where everything comes from. In deep meditation we access this place within our very own being and, when aligned with this Source, we manifest our vision with ease and in harmony with all that is. This law states that anything can be manifested because it all comes from the same source, which is pure potentiality.

  • The universe is a balance of opposites interacting with each other: Yin/Yang,hot/cold, day/night, front/back. Nothing exists alone and everything dependently co-arises with everything else. Knowing that everything is one whole, we come to understand that giving is receiving and receiving is giving. This Law states that to receive one should give; therefore, to get what you want, give it away.

  • Like the Law of Giving and Receiving, what we put out, we get back. This is theLaw of Karma where every action has an equal and opposite reaction. To live a life of true success we must only put out what we wish to receive. This law honors the Golden Rule that claims, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Send out only goodness, and trust that it will come back to you multiplied.

  • The Law of Grace supersedes the Law of Karma, which is to say that when we give up our egotistical actions and surrender our lives to a Higher Power, the Divine Will takes over again. Karma is not punishment. The word literally means“action” and when our thoughts and our actions align with our Higher Mind, then the Law of Grace steps in. Wisdom erases karma. True wisdom is to know who we are and to live from our Truth. When we do, we align with the Law ofGrace and find ever more goodness and abundance flowing into our lives.

  • The Law of Least Effort provides us with the simple truth that manifestation that is in harmony with universal law happens with simplicity and ease. There should be no struggle or resistance in what we do. If there is, we need to stop and realign ourselves with our Source and come only from there. When we are inharmony with the Divine Mind and creating and manifesting from this space, then our life unfolds with joy, naturalness, harmony, and ease.

  • The Law of Intention and Desire states that if you intend to manifest something and really want to, then the universe has a way for this to happen. This says that if you can dream it, so too can you manifest it. There are no unrealistic goals, only unrealistic time frames. If you can imagine it, you can inevitably create it.Remember, however, that manifestation should only come from what you truly desire in your heart of hearts and should be based only on your highest Life Principles.

  • The Law of Dharma refers to your purpose in life. Your Dharma is what you are here to do on this planet. No one else can do this the way you can. It is a special talent and ability that is unique. Not everyone manifests their Dharma, bute veryone can if they open to this law. When you attune yourself through meditation to who you truly are, then your Dharma will be as clear as day. Once you know it, then you simply manifest it. Your Dharma will always be in the© Anahat Education Group, All Rights Reserved - Page 91service of others and to the greater whole because it is harmoniously part of the whole. When functioning from this space, you will experience true creative flow, abundance, and joyful expression.

  • The Law of Reverse Effect is a law of your mind that says that the greater theconscious effort, the less the subconscious mind responds. This means that whenyou get stressed over things and try too hard, your deep inner mind respondsless in helping you to reach your goals. The harder you try to sleep, the harder itis. The more you try to remember a name, the harder it is to remember. The moment you just let go and give up, that is when it comes. The Mental Law ofReverse Effect ties into the Universal Law of Least Effort. Through relaxing and surrendering, we accomplish everything with effortless ease.

  • The Law of Dominant Effect is another mental law that states that the strongest emotion will always win. If your fear to avoid failure is stronger than your desire to succeed, then inevitably you will hold yourself back because the fear will win. It is important to look at your negative emotions and beliefs and to question these against reality and then to let them go. It is also important to cultivate strong positive emotion toward success so that any limiting feelings do not run the show. There may always be some level of fear and doubt, but the optimism and faith should be much stronger.

  • The Law of Repetitive Effect is another mental law: Given enough repetition, the subconscious mind will eventually consider what it is hearing to be true. It is important to repeat over and over again what you wish to manifest. It is not enough to say it once. Your deep inner mind is like a computer; once it is programmed to act in a certain way, it will act that way. Childhood conditioning is quite repetitive, and success programming requires that we take a good deal of time to reprogram our subconscious mind with what we want by repeating suggestions, affirmations, visual images, and feelings over and over again.

  • The Law of Experience is a law of the mind that states that the last moment of an experience that is observed is what will stay with the mind throughout the day.For instance, imagine that you had a great time at a party but that when you were leaving someone told you that you said something that made you look stupid, you would remember that statement far longer than the party that you enjoyed. This law is important when reprogramming your mind for success because it reminds us to end hypnotic programming and creating and manifesting on a positive, optimistic, and upbeat note. You will carry the last statement with you far more than the bulk of the experience.

  • The Law of Love states that love is the highest path. It honors that Love is another word for God and that Love is self-sufficient, unconditional, and everywhere. Love is an inner force that we can open to—it needs nothing from without. With an open and clear heart, we can tap into this most powerful force. In the end we come to know that we can only do one of two things—call for love or extend love. Because love underlies everything we do, we simply work to extend love and find that it comes back to us amplified.

  • The Law of Will states in its essence that one’s own “personal will” and Divine Will are not two separate realities. When we surrender our will to the Whole, we find that through surrender we get everything we ever wanted anyway. At first it seems like a gamble to let go of personal goals, dreams, expectations, and opinions, but when we do, we find that our true Dharma is what is left. OurDharma is what will make us truly joyful and successful. Fortunately, this is not only our will, but also God’s Will for us.

  • The Law of Mentalism states that all is Mind, that there is only one Reality andthat this one Reality is the pure potentiality from which everything comes. On adeeper level, the Law of Mentalism says that not only is all that is amanifestation of Mind, but that all that is is Mind. This says that things are justthoughts and that to manifest a thing we must first have a thought about it. By holding harmonious and right ideas about things, we find they manifest into our lives inevitably as all thought eventually externalizes itself.

  • The Law of Vibration refers to what modern science now knows and whatancient mystics have declared for centuries—namely that everything moves, everything vibrates and nothing in creation is truly still. Understanding this lawhelps us to realize that things are not as solid as we think and that what weexperience around us is really nothing but vibrating energy. Matter is no longerseen as matter but is seen more and more as mind-stuff. This law empowers uswith the knowledge that our thoughts do indeed affect what we experience inour lives.

  • The Law of Polarity relates to the ancient Tai Ji symbol, better known as the yin-yang symbol. Here life is acknowledged as a balance of opposites. Day becomes night, hot becomes cold and dark becomes light. The Law of Polarity honors that everything is dual, and nothing is either totally yin or totally yang. Inherent inlight is dark, inherent in cold is hot and inherent in day is night. Opposites blend into each other and become each other. Everything dependently co-arises. The wise being dances with this law and flows through life’s cycles with grace and ease, knowing that all extremes lead to their opposites.

  • The Law of Allowing states that when we make space for things to be as they arethat they naturally come back to balance and harmony. Resistance to “what is” causes so much suffering. Through allowing life to be life we come to find that there is a far greater force governing things. By releasing our personal will and surrendering to Divine Will, we find that everything gets accomplished and in afar more glorious manner than we ever could have imagined.

  • The Law of Attraction simply states that like attracts like. People will tend to attract people who are like themselves. This is the principle of resonance where when one thing no longer vibrates at the same rate as another thing, those two things will not last long together. The Law of Attraction states that to attract the right person you must be the right person and that to experience prosperity you must feel it first. Here we honor the principle that your feelings of prosperity will precede your demonstration of prosperity. Feel it first, and it will be attracted to you.

  • The Law of Deliberate Creation is the essence of the Getting Organized and Creating and Manifesting formulas. Instead of unconsciously creating our lives based on our past programming, we begin to consciously choose what we wish to experience. The beauty about opening to what we truly want is to honor that it all already exists and that all we must do is open up to what is already there and then consciously and voluntarily manifest it. This is not a life lived from default mode, but rather a deliberate creation of success on all levels.

  • The Law of Adjustment states that there is a harmony in the universe that governs everything. However, for human beings who have free will, it is easy to come out of harmony with what is. The Law of Adjustment says that when you just let go and surrender to what is, what you brought out of balance will come back into balance again on its own. There is nothing to do to re-establish balance; you simply need to stop doing (or thinking) what was creating the disharmony.
